Wenn Mobile Easykey bei der diesjährigen LogiMAT Interessent*innen und Kund*innen am Stand 10 C04 empfängt, wird vor allem die Wirtschaftlichkeit des intralogistischen Fuhrparks im Vordergrund der Gespräche stehen. Allzu oft wird vergessen, dass 50 % der gesamten Logistikkosten auf die Intralogistik, und dort vor allem auf den Fuhrpark, entfallen. Die von vielen Seiten propagierte Automation mag für weite Teile ein wirksames Steuern gegen steigende Kosten bedeuten. FFZ-KPI
Die im Jahr 2023 IFOY-nominierte Kennzahl wird von Mobile Easykey als zukünftiger Branchenstandard propagiert. Erstmals ist es mithilfe einer einzigen Kennzahl möglich, die Wirtschaftlichkeit eines Flurförderzeugs zu erkennen. Die FFZ-KPI, also der Flurförderzeug Key Performance Indicator, berücksichtigt die Faktoren: Dauer der Bestromung, Dauer des Logins, tatsächliche Nutzung und Fahren unter Last. Die Bewertung der Kennzahl erfolgt auf Basis von branchen-/einsatzspezifischen Vergleichsdaten, die von Mobile Easykey zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die FFZ-KPI ist ohne Aufpreis in der Mobile Easykey Software enthalten.
Fahren mit und ohne Last
Erhebliche Auswirkungen auf den Effizienzgrad eines Flurförderzeugs hat der Anteil der Fahrten mit und ohne Last. Der Load Sensor von Mobile Easykey ermöglicht tiefe Einblicke zur Optimierung intralogistischer Prozesse. Der Load Sensor ist auch ein wichtiger Bestandteil zur Ermittlung der FFZ-KPI.

Mobile Easykey auf der LogiMAT 2024: Halle 10, Stand C04
When Mobile Easykey welcomes interested parties and customers at booth 10 C04 at this year’s LogiMAT, the focus will be on the cost-effectiveness of the intralogistics fleet. All too often, it is forgotten that 50% of the total logistics costs are attributable to intralogistics, and especially to the vehicle fleet. The automation propagated by many sides may mean effective countermeasures for large parts. However, where processes are variable, the human being remains at the center of the action. Mobile Easykey, the market leader in manufacturer-independent fleet management systems, refers to this as Industry 5.0 – the perfect symbiosis of the highly efficient use of industrial trucks and the safe and efficient use of human labour.
FFZ-KPI
The key figure, which was nominated at the IFOY in 2023, is being propagated by Mobile Easykey as the future industry standard. For the first time, it is possible to identify the cost-effectiveness of an industrial truck with the help of a single key figure. The FFZ-KPI, i.e., the Industrial Truck Key Performance Indicator, takes into account the following factors: duration of power, duration of login, actual use and driving under load. The KPI is evaluated on the basis of industry/application-specific comparative data provided by Mobile Easykey. The FFZ-KPI is included in the Mobile Easykey software at no extra charge.
Driving with and without load
The proportion of journeys with or without load has a significant impact on the efficiency of an industrial truck. Mobile Easykey’s load sensor provides deep insights to optimise intralogistics processes. Thus, the load sensor is also an important part of determining the FFZ KPI.
Intralogistics consulting
At LogiMAT from 19. to 21.03.2024 in Stuttgart, customer advisors will provide information on the possible applications of Mobile Easykey, options for purchase, leasing or rental, a possible test set-up, the individual configuration of the modular system and the extensive statistical and analysis options. Also at the booth will be the consultants of ILC Intralog Consulting, another division of Mobile Easykey. ILC offers the expertise of the three parties involved when it comes to the procurement and operation of the FFZ fleet: Operators, manufacturers and fleet management. Maar waar processen variabel zijn, blijven mensen het middelpunt van de actie. ITM-KPI
De in 2023 door IFOY-genomineerde KPI wordt door Mobile Easykey aangeprezen als de toekomstige industriestandaard. Voor het eerst is het mogelijk om de efficiëntie van een heftruck te herkennen aan de hand van één kengetal. De ITM-KPI – het kengetal voor heftrucks – houdt rekening met de volgende factoren: duur van de stroomvoorziening, duur van het inloggen, daadwerkelijk gebruik en rijden met last. Het kengetal wordt beoordeeld op basis van branche- en gebruik-specifieke vergelijkbare gegevens die door Mobile Easykey worden verstrekt. De ITM-KPI is zonder extra kosten opgenomen in de Mobile Easykey-software.
Rijden met en zonder last
Het aandeel ritten met of zonder last heeft een aanzienlijke invloed op de efficiëntie van de heftruck. De Lastsensor van Mobile Easykey biedt uitgebreide informatie voor het optimaliseren van intralogistieke processen. De lastsensor is daarom ook een belangrijk onderdeel voor het bepalen van de ITM-KPI.
Intralogistiek advies
Op de LogiMAT van 19 tot 21 maart 2024 in Stuttgart geven klantenadviseurs informatie over de gebruiksmogelijkheden van Mobile Easykey, opties voor kopen, leasen of huren, een mogelijke testopstelling, individuele configuratie van het modulaire systeem en de uitgebreide statistiek- en analysemogelijkheden.
