In der Kategorie „Intralogistics Software“ ist die „FFZ-KPI“ der Mobile Easykey Software für den IFOY Award 2023 nominiert. Im Rahmen eines dreistufigen Audits wird vom 27. März bis zum 30. März 2023 unter den drei Nominierten der Gewinner ausgewählt, der im Juni 2023 in Dortmund bekanntgegeben wird.
Was ist die FFZ-KPI?
FFZ = Flurförderzeug
KPI = Key Performance Indicator
Mit der von Mobile Easykey entwickelten Kennzahl kann jeder die Performance der intralogistischen Flotte insgesamt oder je Gerät ablesen – auf einen Blick, mit einer eindeutigen Kennzahl. Die aufwändige Analyse von unterschiedlichen Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen gehört damit der Vergangenheit an.
Die FFZ-KPI setzt sich aus vier einzeln gemessenen Parametern zusammen: bestromt, eingeloggt, genutzt, mit Last gefahren. Dargestellt werden die einzelnen Messwerte sowie die Zusammenfassung in der FFZ-KPI.
Durchschnittlich 50 % der Logistikkosten entfallen auf die intralogistischen Prozesse. Die Flurförderzeuge, die einen erheblichen Anteil dieser Kosten verursachen, werden oftmals nach Bauchgefühl angeschafft und instandgehalten. Selbst wenn eine fundierte Vorplanung erfolgt, passiert es regelmäßig, dass ein am Reißbrett entstandenes Warenlager anfangs optimal effizient arbeiten kann, jedoch das organische Wachstum im Laufe der Zeit zu einer stark veränderten Realität führt. Der FFZ-Fuhrpark entwickelt sich nicht mehr nach Fakten, sondern nach subjektiver Wahrnehmung.

What is the FFZ-KPI?

With the key figure (KPI), developed by Mobile Easykey, everyone can read the performance of the intralogistics fleet as a whole or per device – at a glance, with a clear key figure.
Time-consuming analysis of different data from different sources is thus a thing of the past.
The FFZ-KPI consists of four individually measured parameters: powered, logged in, usage, driven with load. The individual measured values as well as the summary are displayed in the FFZ-KPI.
On average, 50% of logistics costs are accounted for by intralogistics processes. The industrial trucks, which cause a significant proportion of these costs, are often purchased and maintained according to gut feeling. Even if well-founded preliminary planning is carried out, it regularly happens, that a warehouse created on the drawing board can initially work optimally efficiently. But, over time organic growth leads to a greatly changed reality. The industrial truck-fleet no longer develops according to facts, but according to subjective perception.
